CCCAA Names Molten Official Women's Volleyball
The California Community College Athletic Association (CCCAA) today announced a new partnership with Molten USA, Inc. (Molten). Molten's IV58L-U Super Touch ball will be named the "Official Women's Volleyball" of the CCCAA and California community college athletics through the year 2009. [Full Story]

Second Round Wrap Up
College of the Canyons put an end to state No. 1-ranked Irvine Valley’s 22-match
undefeated streak Saturday and with the 5-game victory sent the Cougars to their first ever
appearance at the California Community College Athletic Association Elite Eight
tournament. Canyons, ranked No. 14 and the South’s No. 9 seed, recorded its second
straight upset of an Orange Empire Conference team. [Read Full Wrap Up]
First Round Wrap Up
Two things were learned after the first round of the California Community
College women’s volleyball regional playoffs Tuesday night. One was that 2007 will
feature a new state champion after two-time defending champion Orange Coast was
swept at home by College of the Canyons. The other is that except for Orange Coast,
home cooking did the trick for all the host seeds in a round that included 14 sweeps. [Read Full Wrap Up]
