NCAA PRESIDENT, MYLES BRAND DELIVERS KEYNOTE ADDRESS AT THE CALIFORNIA COMMUNITY COLLEGE ATHLETIC ASSOCIATION ANNUAL CONVENTION -4/12/2008 - (Ontario, CA) Dr. Myles Brand, NCAA President took a side trip on to his way to the Mens Final Four in San Antonio, Texas to deliver the keynote address to the delight of attendees at the CCCAA Annual Convention held recently in Ontario, CA. We are extremely grateful that Dr. Brand took time out of his schedule and obligations associated with the Final Four to not only deliver our keynote but engage our members in a dialogue concerning the current academic reform movement within the NCAA, commented Carlyle Carter, CCCAA Executive Director.
